Young carers speak out

One of our young carers, Harry, joined a young carer from Wales and another from Scotland, to talk on BBC Radio 5 about the effect of COVID-19 on his caring role.

Harry clearly explained the challenges lockdown has brought – he talked about how he has had to move out from home so as not to put his sister at risk, and how the situation overall has affected his life and his family’s. You can hear the piece here here (about 48 minutes in).
